Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using Tale, a daily journal without the writing.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Tale app, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using the app.

2. License

Tale grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, and revocable license to use the app for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the app.

3. User Conduct

When using the app, you agree to:

  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations;
  • Use the app only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms and Conditions;
  • Refrain from interfering with or disrupting the functioning of the app;
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any accounts, systems, or networks associated with the app;
  • Not use the app in a way that infringes upon the rights of others;
  • Not upload or transmit any harmful, unlawful, or inappropriate content.

4. Intellectual Property

Tale retains all intellectual property rights in the app, including copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets, except for content generated by users through Tale. You may not use or modify Tale's intellectual property without prior written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

Tale and its affiliates shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the app, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tale and its affiliates from any claims or demands arising out of your use of the app or violation of these Terms and Conditions.

7. Modifications

Tale may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. By continuing to use the app after any revisions, you agree to be bound by the updated terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Eindhoven, The Netherlands.
